I can’t enable remote services, what can I do to fix this issue?

If the option to enable the Dialectic remote services is disabled (grayed out), the most common issue is that Dialectic is not able to save the passwords to the default keychain. Please use the Keychain Access application to make sure your default keychain is unlocked and verify that the default keychain is not damaged. To do this, run the Keychain First Aid function from the Keychain Access application. After this, if the issue persists, please follow the steps from the basic troubleshooting section.
