While on the phone, it is often helpful to take notes. JPT provides a notepad feature expressly for these instances. To display the notepad, just select “Show Notepad” from the JPT menu. You can easily add a date stamp to your notes and the notepad supports copy and pasting as well as saving the entire notepad to a text file. If you have Microsoft Entourage installed on your system, there will be an additional button “Save as MSE Note”. Clicking this button will create a new note in Microsoft Entourage with the contents of the Notepad.
